Your inspection process includes a full physical review of your property. The physical inspection process can take anywhere from one and one-half (1.5) to four (4) hours to complete; the time necessary to perform your physical inspection varies according to the size, age and condition of your home or commercial investment property. We encourage you to accompany your Stem to Stern inspector at your inspection. This will give you the opportunity to ask questions of your inspector in-person, and gain the fullest understanding of your prospective investment! When the inspection is complete, we'll summarize and discuss with you any issues or problems that were discovered. We will also tell you about routine maintenance that may need to be performed, and answer any questions you may have about your property and its components.
